CCSI: 26 Years+ AND STILL THRIVING!
DREAM. INVEST. ACHIEVE.
The CCSI Mission Is To Empower underserved families, through caring relationships,
to achieve a legacy of social, spiritual, and economic self-sufficiency.
Our Beginning
Christian Community Services, Inc. (CCSI) began in 1997 as a partnership between Schrader Lane and Woodmont Hills Churches of Christ. Under the leadership of Dr. David Jones, Jr. and Dr. Rubel Shelly the churches sought to impact racial divisions within their faith community while addressing a critical community need of families struggling with economic barriers that often crippled those trying to move from government dependency to self-sufficiency.
Transforming Lives. Building Legacies.
